Michael has a hugely successful racing pedigree having previously raced in the British GT between 2001 and 2007 before moving on to compete in the Porsche Carrera Cup GB where he finished as runner up twice and making his debut in the British Touring Car Championship in 2011.
A firm favourite both on and off the track, Michael is much a part of the Motorbase squad as Sampson the dog. After clinching the British GT title for Motorbase Performance in 2012, Michael is back behind the wheel of the Aston Martin Vantage GT3 joined by Oman-based Ahmad Al Harthy for a second consecutive season and former BTCC and endurance racer Stephen Jelley for the Oman Racing Team’s 2014 Blancpain Endurance Series campaign. -
