- Are there any special offers for the 2026 edition?
Yes, there will be special offers throughout the year, including gift vouchers for activities and other perks, with every purchase.
- How do I receive my ticket?
After purchasing your ticket online, check your order confirmation email. Your ticket will either be provided as a QR code in the body of the email or attached to the email.
- Are purchased tickets personalised?
No, tickets are not personalised and can be transferred to anyone you wish, so feel free to gift them.
- How many tickets can I purchase?
There is no limit per person; you can buy as many tickets as you want.
- What access does my ticket include?

- Does my ticket allow access to the grandstands?
All open grandstands for the event are accessible and non-personalised. So yes, all tickets grant access to open grandstands, and everyone is welcome to enjoy them.
- Is it possible to access the starting grid?

- Can I leave and re-enter the circuit with my ticket?
Yes, your ticket allows you to exit and re-enter the circuit.

- Are tickets free for children?
All tickets are free for children up to and including 12 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult and cannot enter alone. One adult may bring a maximum of three children under 12.
- Is there a student rate?
No, there is no specific student rate.
- Is there a group rate?

- What payment methods are accepted on the website?
On the Ticketmaster resale site, only bank cards (Mastercard, Visa, ApplePay, GooglePay) are accepted.
- Can I buy my ticket on-site at one of the entrances?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on-site at the ticket sales points. These will be available Thursday through Sunday at the circuit entrances (La Source, Ster, Les Combes, and Blanchimont). Payment on-site must be made by cash and/or by card (Mastercard, Visa, ApplePay, GooglePay).
- Can I reserve by phone and pay by bank transfer?
No, that is not possible.
- Can I pay in instalments?
Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.

- What are the refund conditions?
Refund conditions are available on your ticket; please contact Ticketmaster customer services. All refund requests must include a valid explanation.
- Can I transfer my ticket?
A ticket can be transferred to another person. However, it is legally prohibited to resell a ticket at a price higher than its original cost (the price shown on the ticket).

- What camping options are available for 2026?
- Camping P2 & P3: Located at the Ster entrance, unnumbered 40m² grassy plots, accessible to cars and tents, RVs, and caravans; sanitary/shower bungalows, no electricity. Near the Fan Zone Village.
- Camping P4: Located on the access road between La Source and Ster, 10 minutes on foot from the entrances, served by a small train on the weekend. Unnumbered 40m² grassy plots, accessible to cars and tents, RVs, and caravans; WC/shower bungalow, no electricity.
- Camping Les Combes “Fiesta”: Near the Les Combes entrance, unnumbered 40m² grassy plots, accessible to cars and tents, RVs, and caravans; WC/shower bungalow, no electricity. Festive and noisy atmosphere!
- Camping Les Combes “Family/ Chill”: 10 minutes from Les Combes entrance, unnumbered 40m² grassy plots, accessible to cars and tents, RVs, and caravans; WC/shower bungalow, no electricity. Nature setting, very quiet, no loud music or games allowed.
- Youth Camping 17/27: Inside the circuit at Double Gauche corner. Numbered plots assigned by the concierge. Tent, mattress, pillow, sleeping bag for two people included, mixed grass and gravel terrain. WC/shower bungalow nearby; snack bar and giant screen nearby. Includes general entry and paddock tickets for two. Cars not allowed, must park in the outside lots, not included in price.
- Camping Terrasse de Blanchimont: Before Blanchimont entrance, non-grassy terrain with stones, unnumbered 40m² plots, accessible to cars and tent, RVs, and caravans; WC/shower bungalow, no electrical connections.
- Motorhome Camping: Inside the circuit at Blanchimont corner, just after Double Gauche. Numbered plots assigned by on-site concierge depending on vehicle size. Accessible to motorhomes, RVs, and caravans. Non-grassy terrain, lots of stones, steep access. Generator, chapel, water tanks (non-drinkable), and wastewater tanks provided.
- Where are the campgrounds located this year?

- What vehicles are accepted at the campgrounds?
Most campgrounds accept cars, RVs, caravans, motorcycles, and motorhomes (for the designated motorhome area).
- What facilities are provided at the campgrounds?
Most campgrounds have WC and shower blocks.
However, electrical hook-ups are not provided; only small generators are allowed.
For safety reasons, connecting to the event’s electrical equipment is prohibited.
- What equipment is prohibited at the campgrounds?
A list will be communicated to you shortly.
- How many camping tickets can I buy?
You can buy as many camping tickets as you wish.
- How do I access my campground?
Campgrounds are accessible from Wednesday 24 June at 14:00 until Sunday 28 June at 19:00.
Route information will be provided closer to the event. We recommend using Waze.
Show and scan your ticket at the entrance and exchange it for a sticker.
- Are there storage lockers in the campgrounds?
No, there are currently no storage lockers available.
- What services are available in the campgrounds?
Most campgrounds have WC and shower blocks.
Additional services within the circuit will be detailed on a map closer to the event.
- When can I access my campground?
Campgrounds are open from Wednesday 24 June at 14:00 until Sunday 28 June at 19:00.

- What parking options are available for 2026?
The first offer is available for sale on our website. It is a public exclusive offer for the Forest Parking, which is the closest public parking area to the circuit entrance. Please see the plan below.

Other options will be available for pre-sale on our website. You will be able to choose parking areas by zone with local landowners; these will go on sale in March.

- Will parking P1 and P2 be available to the public?
Unfortunately, no. These are reserved for teams, drivers, organisation, partners, suppliers, VIPs, etc.
- Is there a dedicated RV parking area?
No, there is not a dedicated RV parking area. RVs are accepted in the campgrounds if parking fees are paid.
- Is there motorcycle parking?
More information will be provided closer to the event.
- Is there bicycle parking?
More information will be provided closer to the event.
- Is there carpool parking?
No, there is no carpool parking, but carpoolers may use Public Parking P6 if parking fees are paid.
- Is a parking map available?

- How do I access my parking place?
Paid parking is accessible during the valid days stated on your ticket.
Route information will be provided closer to the event.
We recommend using Waze.
- Which is the accessible parking (PRM)?
PRM parking, Parking P15, is located at the circuit entrance.
You must collect a PRM parking ticket at the accreditation centre by presenting your ID and disability card.
This is free and grants access to Parking P15 at the TotalEnergies La Source roundabout.
Without a PRM parking ticket, access is not permitted. The PRM parking pass is only valid for the car and does not serve as a personal entry ticket.

- What are the opening and closing hours of the circuit?
The circuit is open as follows:
- Wednesday 24 June: 08:00–21:00
- Thursday 25 June: 08:00–02:00
- Friday 26 June: 08:00–01:00
- Saturday 27 June to Sunday 28 June: 08:00–20:00 non-stop
Please note that these hours may change closer to the event.
- Where are the circuit gates?
The four main gates will be open and accessible to the public.
They are La Source, Ster, Les Combes, and Blanchimont.

- Can you buy a grandstand seat without an entry ticket?
All grandstands open during the event are freely accessible as long as you have an entry ticket.

There are both covered and uncovered grandstands. These are indicated on the plan.

Yes, children are allowed in the grandstands if accompanied by an adult.
- Are the grandstands accessible to PRM?
Yes, the grandstands are accessible to people with reduced mobility. There is a reserved platform, and the circuit grandstands are accessible to PRM.

The main concert with the headliner will take place on Saturday 27 June in the Fan Zone.
- Will there be other concerts during the event?

- Who are the concert artists?
The daily concert line-ups will be announced once finalised.
The detailed programme and schedule will also be communicated.
- Where are the concerts held this year?
Potential concerts on Thursday and Friday are expected to take place in the Endurance paddock.
Saturday night concert: in the Village/Fan Zone, on the main concert stage.
- Do you need a specific ticket to access the concerts?
General Entrance and General Entrance Paddock tickets grant access to all scheduled concerts at the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa. No specific ticket is required.
- Does the Sunday ticket allow access to the Saturday night concert?
Yes, this ticket allows access to the Saturday night concert if you enter at 00:01 (effectively, the point at which Saturday ends and Sunday begins).
- Is there a minimum age for the concerts?
The concerts are held in the Fan Zone or paddocks during the week.
As long as you have valid entry to the circuit, you can attend.
Children must be accompanied by a parent. Please note that the music can be loud, and young children should use ear protection.

The Fan Zone will be open from Thursday to Sunday. Detailed daily hours will be announced in the coming months.
- Who can access the Fan Zone?
All persons holding an entry wristband will have access to the Fan Zone.
- Does my ticket give access to the Fan Zone?
All General Entrance, General Entrance Paddock, Qualifying, and Sunday tickets grant access to the Fan Zone.
- What can I find in the Village/Fan Zone?
Numerous exhibitors are planned in the 24 Hours Village. There will be attractions, fairground rides, a Ferris wheel, restaurants and bars, the Kid Zone, exhibitions, Monster Energy, the Saturday night concert stage, and much more to be detailed closer to the event.
- Are there activities for all ages in the Fan Zone?
Yes, activities are planned for both adults and children.
- Is there a place for young children and for changing them?
Yes, a Kid Zone will be set up, free for all children up to 12 years old accompanied by a parent.
There is a nursery area, a place for preparing meals, and age-appropriate games.
This is located in a secure, enclosed area for maximum safety.
- Are there giant screens in the Fan Zone?
Yes, there will be giant screens in the Fan Zone to follow the race.
- Are there toilets in the Fan Zone?
There will be free toilets for men and women, along with urinals.
- Are there water points in the Fan Zone?
There are no dedicated water fountains, but you can buy water at all food outlets or fill bottles at the toilets.

Yes, there is a restaurant at the kart circuit.
- Can you access the kart circuit with an entry ticket for the 24 Hours?

- What is the 24 Hours of Spa?
The CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa is considered the greatest GT endurance race in the world. It is a prestigious event held annually during the last week of June at the Spa-Francorchamps Circuit in the Belgian Ardennes. Established in 1924, the race has become a unique and highly competitive event for GT drivers.
On a 7km circuit, drivers and their cars must last 24 hours, facing numerous challenges (night driving, Belgium’s unpredictable weather with all four seasons in a day) and testing their car’s durability to the extreme. A host of major automotive manufacturers come to showcase their technological prowess and achieve international recognition.
Now in its second century, the race continues to grow in importance, attracting motorsport enthusiasts of all levels, and is an experience everyone should have at least once. Make sure you’re a part of this unique adventure!
- Which categories compete at the 24 Hours of Spa?
Only one category of car is accepted: Grand Touring (GT), specifically GT3. Cars are entered by private teams. They reach a maximum speed of 300 km/h, and their weight is regulated by Balance of Performance. They use Pirelli tyres and are driven by both professional and amateur drivers.
Drivers are classified by the FIA (Fédération Internationale Automobile) as Platinum / Gold / Silver / Bronze. Cars compete in the Pro, Gold Cup, Silver Cup, Bronze Cup and Pro-Am categories depending on the driver line-up.
- What are the support series?

Yes, the event offers various activities such as exhibition stands, driver autograph sessions, and driving simulators, among others. Many more activities will be planned and communicated at a later stage.
- What are the race times?
The full programme (including race times) will be announced soon.

Official sessions will begin on Thursday, while Monday to Wednesday will be reserved for setup and private tests. Wednesday is also the day of the parade.

- When and where is the winners’ podium for the 2026 24 Hours of Spa?
The podium takes place at the end of the race – which is scheduled for 16:30 on Sunday 28 June – on the main concert stage in the Fan Zone. The traditional track invasion also happens at this time.
- How is pole position determined for the 24 Hours?
A new format is being considered and will be announced soon.

- Is there a shuttle service?
We are looking into providing shuttles from Trois Ponts and Verviers train stations and from Spa city centre. More information will be provided soon. However, there are free shuttles from the car parks to the circuit.
- Can I take photos and/or videos?
Yes, spectators may take photos and videos for personal use. Drones are not permitted.
- How can I follow the race?
At the circuit via:

- Are there giant screens to follow the race?

A detailed map will be published soon. Must-see spots include: Raidillon, Bruxelles, Les Combes, Double Gauche, Blanchimont, Chicane/Pit Lane (Bus Stop), La Source.
- Is there free Wi-Fi for the public?
No, free Wi-Fi is not available on-site. However, the whole area is covered, and additional relay antennas have been installed for 5G coverage.
- Can I withdraw cash at the circuit?
No, at present there are no ATMs within the circuit.
- Is there a lost & found?
Yes, lost items can be retrieved at the info point in the Fan Zone.
- Can I buy souvenirs and official 24 Hours of Spa merchandise?

- Can I charge my phone on-site?
There are no charging points available on site, unfortunately.
- Are there storage lockers in the Village?

- Where is the Medical Centre in case of an accident?
There are two centres accessible to the public. A map showing the locations will be available soon.
- Medical Public Endurance: In the Endurance Grandstand area, operated by the Red Cross and open to all.
- Medical Public Paddock: In the paddock, near the Lamborghini Paddock, operated by the Red Cross and open to all.
- Are pets allowed at the circuit?
Only assistance dogs are permitted within the circuit.

- Can I bring drinks? Are there restrictions (alcohol, glass bottles)?
You are allowed to bring food and drinks on-site. However, we advise against bringing glass bottles for safety reasons.
- Are there vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options?
Options for all dietary needs will be provided, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. Just ask at the food outlets.
- Are there food areas?
A wide variety of food options are available, from table service to take-away. There will be specialties from around the world, plus drinks, desserts, and sweet treats throughout the event – something for everyone. A detailed food map will be provided closer to the event.
- Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food.
- Are food stands open 24/7?
Opening hours for each area will be announced closer to the event. Not all stands are open 24/7 and some will close.
- Can I sleep on site?
There are campgrounds at the circuit. Check the Camping section on the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa website for options.
- How can I find accommodation for the 2026 CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa?
You can book a spot in the official 24 Hours campgrounds or contact one of the nearby campgrounds.
- Are there official agencies for accommodation and/or transport?
We are working on this option and will provide more information soon.
- Is there public transport from some cities to the circuit?
Currently, there is no public transport available to the circuit.
- Are there shuttles or buses from Spa train station to the circuit?

- When is the parade?
The parade takes place on Wednesday 24 June. It leaves the circuit at 18:00 and arrives in Spa around 18:20.
- What are the parade times?
The parade leaves the circuit at 18:00 and arrives in Spa city centre at around 18:20. It returns to the circuit from Spa at around 21:00.
- What activities take place at the parade?
For the second year, the parade will be held in Parc des 7 Heures. There will be children’s games, car displays, musical entertainment and more throughout the afternoon, as well as driver events and various exhibitors.
The first race cars arrive at 18:20 and will be on display until 20:45. All drivers will be present from 18:00 to 20:45 for autograph and interview sessions, and you can take photos with them.
- What can I see at the parade?
You can participate in activities, meet teams and drivers, see the cars that will compete in the 24 Hours of Spa, and take photos with them. The parade is a unique, free event open to all – don’t miss it!
- What is the parade route?
The route will be the same as in 2025. A detailed map will be provided soon.

- I am a person with a disability or reduced mobility and want to buy tickets. What should I do?
You must pay the regular entry fee like everyone else. However, a free parking spot close to the circuit is provided. Go to the Accreditation Centre, present your disability card, and you will receive the parking access.
- I am a PRM companion; which ticket should I get?
Follow the same procedure as for the person with the disability card: pay the entry fee and you will have free access to the closest parking.
- Can I get a reduced rate if I have a disability?
The preferential rate is the free parking pass nearest the circuit. There is no discount on entry tickets.
- Is there a map with PRM access?
Access maps for the circuit, Accreditation Centre, and parking will be communicated closer to the event.
- Is there a PRM car park and how do I reserve a spot?
Yes, Parking P15 at the TotalEnergies roundabout is reserved for PRM. Go to the Accreditation Centre, show your disability card, and you will receive a parking pass. The pass is valid from Thursday to Sunday, the same as entry passes.
- Are there platforms for watching the race?
Yes, there is a PRM platform on the Endurance straight, next to the Endurance grandstands.
- Are the grandstands accessible for PRM?
The two new Endurance and Raidillon Grandstands are also accessible for PRM. A map showing grandstand locations and access will be available closer to the event.
- Are food outlets accessible for PRM/PSH?
Yes, food outlets on the circuit will be accessible to persons with reduced mobility.
- Is the Fan Zone accessible for PRM?
Yes, the Fan Zone is fully accessible for PRM. The surface has been redone this year to improve access.

- Is it advisable to bring young children?
We do not recommend bringing very young children to the circuit due to health and safety concerns, especially the high noise levels. Ear protection is strongly advised.
- Do children need to be accompanied?
Children under 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult with an entry ticket, both at the circuit and within the campgrounds. If this condition is not met, access may be denied and the child must wait with security staff until an adult arrives. One adult may accompany up to three children under 16.

Multiple levels of controls will be in place. There will be visual inspection of behaviour and bags.
To facilitate entry, please prepare your access pass ahead of time and show it whenever you enter or exit the site.

First-aid staff are available around the circuit. In case of need, contact our teams on-site. You can also go to our first aid centre at the Endurance Grandstand, Ster entrance, or to the Protection Unit security post at the same entrance.
